In case you want to change the booking date it will be necessary to cancel the reservation and proceed with a new one.

If the resort allows the cancellation and you fall within the cancellation terms, it will be possible to cancel the reservation and receive a voucher of the same amount to be used through the Cocobuk app at the same beach resort.

If the resort does not allow to cancellation  or you do not fall within the cancellation terms, it will be necessary to contact directly the structure.

To delete a reservation associated with your Cocobuk account follow this steps:

Web

1. Go to www.cocobuk.com;
2. Log in to the portal with your credentials;
3. Click on "Reservations";
4. Select the  reservation you wish to cancel and click on "Booking details";
5. Read the "How does it work now?" to find out the cancellation terms of the resort;
6. If you fall within the cancellation notice terms, click on "Request cancellation".

The cancellation request has now been sent to the resort. In case of acceptance you will receive a notification in your app. A voucher will be issued for the amount of the reservation that you can use at the same beach resort through Cocobuk.

IOS and Android apps

1. Open the Cocobuk app;
2. Click on the "Reservations" icon at the bottom right;
3. Select and click the reservation you want to cancel;
4. Scroll down and click on "Cancellation terms";
5. Read the cancellation terms of the resort. If you fall within the cancellation notice terms click on "Request cancellation".

The cancellation request has now been sent to the resort. In case of acceptance you will receive a notification in your app. A voucher will be issued for the amount of the reservation that you can use at the same beach resort through Cocobuk.
